Analyse, document and continuously optimise quality processes
Plan and follow up measures in case of systematic quality deviations
Coordinate complex quality cases across departments
Lead a quality taskforce professionally in extensive cases
Prepare audits and accompany certification procedures
Support internal departments with QM requirements and quality topics
Lead two employees professionally and disciplinarily
Create evaluations and reports for internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
Technical basic training, for example as a polymechanic
Professional experience in quality management in an industrial environment
Further training in quality assurance or QM audit
Knowledge of common standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or IATF 16949
Confident handling of quality indicators, analyses and reports
Strong communication skills and professional interaction with internal contacts
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
Very good German and good English skills
