Are you looking for a versatile and dynamic assignment in an exceptional working environment? Randstad is currently seeking for its client Nestlé, an Operations Generalist to strengthen the Buildings Facilities & Maintenances department at Nestlé sites (Vevey and surroundings). Integrated within a campus hosting 3000 employees, you will play a key role in internal logistics, comfort, and workspace arrangement.

Your tasks Within the team, you provide support services and ensure the continuity of operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Logistics and handling: Ensure receipt of goods, use of pallet truck, and carry boxes for internal distribution.

• Event setup: Actively assist in setting up and preparing rooms for various site events.

• Operations service: Perform various concierge duties to guarantee a safe and functional working environment.

• Operational support: Support the team daily and proactively lend a hand.

• Safety and compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards during all handling.

Your profile

• Experience: You have proven experience in internal logistics, handling, corporate concierge, or facility management within a demanding organisation.

• Soft Skills: You possess excellent customer service skills and demonstrate courtesy and discretion. You have a strong team spirit, good physical condition (lifting loads), and are willing to get stuck in.

• Languages: Perfect command of French (spoken and written).
