Maintenance Specialist (Production and Building)

As a recruitment agency, we have been mandated by one of our clients - a leading industrial company - to assist them in finding their future collaborator. To support their activities and ensure the proper functioning of their facilities, we are recruiting a:

Maintenance Specialist (Production and Building) - M/F/X

Your role Within the technical department, you play a key role in the sustainability of the production tool as well as in the management of the site's utilities. Your daily work revolves around process reliability and the resolution of various technical incidents.

Your main tasks

• Ensure the availability of the machine park: Successfully carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations on the production lines.

• Fault resolution: Analyse malfunctions and carry out the necessary repairs, whether in electrotechnics, mechanics or pneumatics.

• Utilities management: Take charge of monitoring and maintaining the general building installations (HVAC systems, fluid management, electrical networks, compressed air).

• New works and optimisation: Support the assembly, configuration and commissioning of new installations. Propose and deploy solutions to optimise equipment performance.

• Monitoring and quality: Test equipment after each repair to validate restart. Rigorously document all your actions in the dedicated information system (CMMS).

• Compliance: Operate in strict compliance with safety standards, quality standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) type directives.

Your profile

• Basic training: You hold a completed technical diploma (electromechanics, automation, or industrial mechanics) or a certification deemed equivalent.

• Professional background: You have proven experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in the heart of a production environment.

• Technical skills: You are comfortable reading diagrams and master interventions in industrial electricity, mechanics and automation. Knowledge of building-related infrastructures (heating, ventilation, water treatment) is a definite advantage for this position.

• Soft skills: You stand out for your insight in fault finding, your organisational skills and your adaptability. You appreciate collaboration while being able to work completely independently.

• Languages: You communicate easily in French and have an operational level in English (equivalent to B2).

• Additional asset: Holding a licence for operating aerial work platforms (cherry picker licence) is highly appreciated.
