It offers its own jobs and training places in various professional fields as well as residential places and supports in the primary labour market. The foundation employs over 1200 people at several locations in the canton of Schwyz.

- You take care of the needs of the residents and monitor their equipment and premises.
- In emergencies, you additionally support our external residential group.

- You have completed an SRK nursing assistant course and have experience working with people with support needs.
- You like to work independently and flexibly.
- You are mentally and physically resilient.
