Production Dispatcher / Sheet Metal Profile (m/f/d)
What should you bring?
- Age: from 28 years
- Gender: female or male
- Residential area: Aargau (AG) or Solothurn (SO)
- Completed apprenticeship / basic education (EFZ) in the metal sector or related professions such as: metalworker / polymechanic, wood processing, sanitary, mechatronics, house electrician
- Further training: CNC and/or robotics programming knowledge advantageous
- Professional experience: experience in CNC surface processing
- Experience in production scheduling or production planning advantageous
- Technical competence: machinist, setting up operating equipment and production orders
- Experience in personnel and capacity planning
- Initial to comprehensive experience in team leadership
- Languages: German at native speaker level
- High safety and quality orientation
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
What can you expect?
A versatile and responsible role in the production environment with tasks such as:
- Active participation in the production department
- Setting up all machines as well as programming CNC machines and robots
- Order placement according to weekly schedule with focus on optimal sequence based on economic and scheduling aspects
- Carrying out personnel deployment planning according to capacity requirements
- Setting up production orders and operating equipment
- Leading the team in the role of team leader
- Ensuring occupational safety at all workplaces
- Close cooperation with production, planning and adjacent departments
