Food Technologist at 100%

Fresh Products Sector

Your main missions and tasks:

• Ensure the manufacture and packaging of dairy products (yoghurt, milk and butter)
• Prepare, adjust and operate automated production equipment
• Monitor manufacturing processes and adhere to recipes and production parameters
• Carry out controls and guarantee compliance with quality, hygiene and food safety standards
• Identify anomalies and perform first-level interventions
• Ensure follow-up of manufacturing orders and schedules
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment
• Collaborate with various departments, technical service, laboratory and logistics

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a food technologist, ideally with a focus or experience in the dairy sector
• Experience in food manufacturing and operation of automated production equipment
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes as well as hygiene, quality and food safety requirements
• Comfortable with technical equipment and interested in production processes
• Ability to identify anomalies and intervene independently within your area of expertise
• Team spirit and ease in collaborating with different departments and services
• Person who is rigorous, responsible, versatile and flexible
• Ability to work independently while respecting production procedures and standards
