You manage central business applications in the banking environment throughout their entire lifecycle.
You analyse disruptions, coordinate their resolution, and ensure stable operations.
You gather requirements from the business departments, evaluate them, and translate them into suitable solutions.
You plan and accompany functional tests and support users with new releases and further developments.
You coordinate business, IT, and external partners and ensure smooth information flow.
Qualifications:
You have a higher education in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable field.
You bring several years of experience in application management, business analysis, or requirements engineering.
You understand business processes and their technical implementation in modern enterprise applications.
You work analytically, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious and keep an overview even with complex topics.
You communicate confidently in German and ideally have good English skills.
