3D Measurement Technician (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 95,000Our ROCKEN partner develops and manufactures customised threaded drives with specific geometry, ideal materials and suitable hardening processes. Innovative and 100% Swiss quality - and at the same time cost-effective.
The required special tools are produced by our ROCKEN partner themselves. This enables the company to achieve a short time-to-market for application-optimised products of the highest precision and efficiency. Various standard threaded drives complete the range.
Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for measurement technology and test planning and thus contribute significantly to ensuring product quality. You develop and optimise test programmes, analyse data and initiate targeted improvement measures. With your expertise, you support internal departments and ensure smooth quality assurance along the value chain.
Responsibilities:
Creation and optimisation of test programmes for modern measuring machines (Hexagon, Zeiss, ViciVision, Optacom)
Implementation of risk-based test planning (FMEA, test plans, product control plans)
Data analysis with Q-DAS (MSA/MFU) and derivation of measures in Q-circles and on the shop floor
Support in all measurement activities (EMPB, PPAP, control charts, series inspections)
Training and consulting of internal departments in measurement technology and quality topics
Participation in continuous improvement processes in coordination with the quality management
Qualifications:
Completed technical training, e.g. as a polymechanic or designer, ideally with further education at HF level
Solid knowledge in 3D measurement technology (AUKOM)
Experience with quality methods such as Six Sigma or the 7 quality tools
Confident handling of Q-DAS and comparable tools
Analytical, assertive and goal-oriented working style
Fluent German language skills
