Construction Project Manager / Team Leader Construction Management, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You are responsible for the professional and organisational leadership of a small team of construction and project managers
• You take responsibility for the gradual expansion to personnel management as well as the enlargement of the team
• As overall project manager, you coordinate and control ongoing construction projects and maintain close contact with the clients
• You also ensure timely and quality-compliant site management from contract to completion, always paying attention to contract and legal compliance
• The further development of quality management and process optimisation also belong to your demanding range of tasks
• Leading a project to control deadlines, budgets and costs as well as participating in acquisition complete your varied role
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have training in the main construction trade as well as further education as an architect, construction manager / construction technician or equivalent (m/f/d)
• You can also demonstrate several years of professional experience as a construction project manager and are well acquainted with SIA standards and Swiss construction legislation
• In addition, you already have leadership experience or are strongly interested in developing in this direction
• Do you describe yourself as well organised, communicative, assertive and goal-oriented?
