As part of strengthening the IT Service Management team, we are looking for an Expert in Configuration & Asset Management to sustainably improve the maintenance of the CMDB and IT assets and control activities related to this process.
You will work in an international environment with regular interactions with global teams and providers.
Reporting to the Domain Lead IT Service Management, you will work closely with the Service Management, Infrastructure, Architecture, Application, Data and other IT teams.

Your main missions will be:

• Administer and ensure the quality, consistency and completeness of the CMDB (Configuration Management Database), notably through the exploitation and optimisation of data from ServiceNow Discovery
• Manage the lifecycle of IT assets (acquisition, tracking, compliance, retirement)
• Supervise and optimise Discovery processes and the reliability of collected data
• Define and maintain standards, data models and procedures related to Configuration Management
• Analyse CMDB inconsistencies and lead remediation plans with stakeholders
• Implement and monitor KPIs and dashboards (CMDB Health) to manage performance
• Produce and analyse performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of IT processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Support, train and align IT teams on ITIL best practices and established processes
• Contribute to IT audits and ensure asset and data compliance
• Be proactive in defining and implementing improvement plans

• Advanced ITIL certification (Intermediate / Expert) or equivalent, with excellent mastery of the ITIL framework and a cross-functional vision of ITSM processes and overall IT challenges
• At least five years’ experience in a similar role, with operational mastery of Configuration & Hardware Asset Management process management in complex environments
• Proven experience with ServiceNow (CMDB & Discovery), comfortable fully exploiting its features to optimise Configuration and Hardware Asset Management processes
• Experience as a Process Owner in Configuration Management / Asset Management
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder IT environments
• Excellent communication skills, with a clear, concise and impact-oriented approach
• Fluent English essential (international environment, teams in Asia)
• Analytical mind, rigour, ability to structure and lead change
• Recognised for your natural leadership and ability to train new arrivals, transmitting your knowledge with pedagogy and charisma
