Technical Project Manager

The Position:

We are looking for a technical project manager at our Vernier branch, available immediately or by agreement, for a workload of 80-100%.

The Tasks:

• Ensure the economic success of projects (quality, deadlines, finances)
• Prepare offers and data for invoicing
• Monitor and conduct site visits
• Evaluate subcontractors and request offers
• Assign and supervise external services related to the project
• Ensure the availability of necessary equipment
• Ensure optimal use of personnel in projects
• Ensure quality in projects (services, deadlines, costs)
• Optimise work processes to increase efficiency and quality
• Liaise with specification and implementation
• Maintain contact with clients, owners, and authorities
• Manage and supervise a team of installers

Your Profile:

• With a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical field and/or civil engineering, you have pursued further training in telecommunications/project management.

• You have at least 2-3 years of experience in telecommunications in Switzerland, know how to work with local operators, and have previous experience in civil engineering.

• Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, personnel management holds no secrets for you, you enjoy teamwork and client contact.
• You have a sharp analytical mind, a strong cost awareness, and taking initiative is part of your daily routine.
