As part of our growth, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager, capable of taking the reins of large-scale construction projects and successfully leading them with rigour, leadership, and passion.

Your role:

As the true conductor of the project, you are responsible for the complete management of your assignments, from their launch to their completion.

Your main responsibilities:

Manage construction projects from A to Z
Ensure monitoring of deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements
Effectively coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
Anticipate potential challenges and implement effective solutions
Guarantee the proper execution and success of projects
Optimise processes and ensure smooth communication between the various stakeholders


Your profile: an experienced professional

Education in civil engineering, architecture, or equivalent field
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in construction project management
Proven and recent experience as a Project Manager
Natural leadership and ability to unite teams
Organisation, rigour, and excellent sense of responsibility
Good command of planning tools
Good knowledge of the Swiss construction market
Very good knowledge of the Fribourg economic fabric and its actors

This position is exclusively for professionals who have already held a role as Project Manager in the construction or architecture field and wish to take on a new challenge.
