ICT Support & Digital Workplace Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Support employees with technical issues related to workplace, applications and digital tools.
Analyse and resolve hardware and software problems as well as forward more complex cases to the responsible specialist departments.
Administration and maintenance of end devices as well as support of other internal ICT systems.
Participation in the digitalisation of workflows and implementation of pragmatic automation and Microsoft 365 solutions.
Accompany employees in the introduction of new technologies and support the secure use of digital tools.
Qualifications:
Completed training in the ICT field, for example as an IT specialist EFZ or ICT professional.
Initial professional experience in technical support, workplace management or digitalisation projects.
Interest in Microsoft 365, cloud services, automation and modern workplace technologies.
Strong service orientation as well as clear and solution-oriented communication.
Independent, structured personality with eagerness to learn, initiative and networked thinking; experience in healthcare is a plus.
