For our nursery in Mont sur Lausanne, we are looking, for a start date to be agreed, for a:

Early Childhood Educator at 80-100%

Your mission:

• Design, plan and lead educational activities adapted to the needs and ages of the children.

• Ensure a safe, stimulating and caring environment.

• Observe, analyse and document the development of the children.

• Implement individualised support strategies in case of specific needs.

• Establish a relationship of trust and collaboration with parents, supporting them in their educational role.

• Actively collaborate with management and the multidisciplinary team.

• Manage and organise educational materials and spaces.

• Respect safety, hygiene and health standards.

Your profile:

• Qualified ES or HES educator or equivalent recognised by the competent authority

• Initiative and exemplary behaviour

• Work ethic and sense of responsibility

• Listening skills, ease of communication and team spirit

• Versatility, flexibility and enthusiasm
