For our nursery in Mont sur Lausanne, we are looking, for a start date to be agreed, for a:
Early Childhood Educator at 80-100%
Your mission:
Design, plan and lead educational activities adapted to the needs and ages of the children.
Ensure a safe, stimulating and caring environment.
Observe, analyse and document the development of the children.
Implement individualised support strategies in case of specific needs.
Establish a relationship of trust and collaboration with parents, supporting them in their educational role.
Actively collaborate with management and the multidisciplinary team.
Manage and organise educational materials and spaces.
Respect safety, hygiene and health standards.
Your profile:
Qualified ES or HES educator or equivalent recognised by the competent authority
Initiative and exemplary behaviour
Work ethic and sense of responsibility
Listening skills, ease of communication and team spirit
Versatility, flexibility and enthusiasm
