Quality Inspector Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Conducting qualitative inspections, tests and measurements to ensure that products and services meet quality standards and requirements
- Checking production processes, materials and components to ensure they comply with specifications
- Evaluating products to ensure they meet customer requirements and expectations
- Recording quality data and information and documenting quality issues
- Analysing quality problems and assisting in identifying causes and developing solutions
- Collaborating with production, design and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Monitoring quality trends and developing strategies to improve product quality
- Training and advising employees on quality issues and standards
- Complying with legal and operational regulations and safety standards
- Conducting risk analyses and safety inspections
Qualifications:
- Technical basic training
- Know-how of quality processes and procedures, preferably in mechanical and electrical manufacturing
- Several years of professional experience in quality inspection and metrology
- Experience in reading technical drawings
- Quality awareness and teamwork skills
- Fluent German
