IT Support Specialist Microsoft 365 (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is an established company in the field of technical services and industrial solutions. Responsibilities:
You resolve IT issues directly on site, quickly, solution-oriented and with a focus on the essentials
Structured handling of tickets and timely escalation of complex cases is part of your daily routine
You independently carry out setup and exit activities throughout the entire user lifecycle
With your know-how you help others to optimally use digital work tools
You work collaboratively with internal departments and external service providers, always on an equal footing
Qualifications:
IT professional qualification with a focus on user support, complemented by sound knowledge in the area of Microsoft Cloud Services
Practical experience in supporting modern end devices and communication solutions
Professional German language skills (C2) as well as optionally usable French language skills
Tech stack: Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Teams telephony
