What is my role?
Our client is looking for you as the central hub between science and administration. You ensure that research projects in the field of mental health run perfectly from an administrative perspective:
You are the first point of contact for the scientific team and coordinate all administrative processes
You take care of the entire personnel cycle of research staff - from onboarding to offboarding
You manage budgets, third-party funds and cost centres while always keeping an eye on the finances
You control creditor and debtor processes in the internal systems
You monitor working hours, absences and support all HR-related matters
You organise events, meetings and specialist conferences
You continuously optimise administrative procedures and make life easier for the research team
What do I need to be successful?
A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in administration, preferably from the university or research environment
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems such as SAP
Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep an overview even with many parallel tasks
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
High service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with different people
Team spirit, flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset
Very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
