As part of its growth, it is looking for a mandate manager to join a dynamic team and actively participate in supporting its clientele.

Your tasks with your new employer

• Complete management of fiduciary mandates
• Control and review of various accounts
• Preparation of annual closings
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Maintenance and monitoring of complex accounts
• Control of tax declarations (individuals and legal entities)
• Preparation of complex tax returns
• Payroll management and annual social insurance notifications
• Client advice on accounting and tax matters

You offer your new employer

• Experienced accountant, ideally holding the federal diploma or equivalent training
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fiduciary in Switzerland
• Good command of common tools (WinBiz, Crésus, Excel)
• Recognised rigour, autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for client contact
• Team spirit and ability to supervise
• Organisational skills and solution orientation
