Under the name BâleHotels, the five hotels Pullman Basel Europe, Hotel Victoria, Hotel Baslertor, Hotel Savoy and Hotel Märthof are operated.
The Pullman in Basel impresses with its ideal location near the old town, the congress centre and the exhibition grounds. In addition to the 141 stylishly furnished rooms, the hotel offers 7 modern and light-flooded conference rooms providing maximum event flexibility for business and private receptions. A fitness studio with a view of the garden is also available. In the Bistro Europe, guests meet for informal lunch or dinner and enjoy delicious drinks at the bar.

Service Specialist (m/f) - Hotel Pullman Basel Europe
Tasks
- Proper and professional guest care
- Co-responsible for the smooth service process in our bistro
- Expert management of a station including cash handling
- Setting up the event rooms
- Supervision of coffee breaks and events in the house
- Provision of the required mise-en-place
- Compliance with hygiene and cleanliness guidelines
- Assignments in à la Carte and banquet areas
Requirements
- Completed training in the hotel industry, preferably in the restaurant sector
- Experience in à la Carte service and banquet area
- Fluent German and English, good French skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
- Warm, charming hosts, enthusiastic and motivated
- High commitment, initiative and reliability
