Your tasks
- Preservation and further development of the corporate culture as well as promotion and launch of cultural initiatives
- Development and implementation of a globally oriented vision, strategy and medium-term plan for the People & Culture area
- Design and further development of organisational structures and role models
- Definition and anchoring of a clear, future-oriented leadership understanding
- Sparring, consulting and support of group, executive boards and managers worldwide in leadership, culture and organisational matters
- Responsible for a competitive and timely remuneration, insurance and working time model
- Conception and management of change architectures and transformation programmes
- Professional and personnel management of the People Operations and People Development departments with budget responsibility
- Ensuring the digitalisation of the People & Culture area
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration, economic/organisational psychology, social sciences or comparable education
- Several years of experience in corporate development, organisational development, strategy and transformation
- Strong moderation, communication and consulting skills
- Experience in internationally positioned companies in industry
- Business administration knowledge
- Several years of experience in HR governance, HR controlling and HR process management
- Good oral and written proficiency in German and English
