For our client, an established company in special machine and plant engineering, we are immediately seeking a committed and experienced individual for CNC manufacturing. You will work on modern machines and produce demanding individual parts and small series with high precision.

Polymechanic CNC Milling (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Independent setup, equipping and operation of CNC milling machines
• Production of individual parts and varied small series
• Selection and presetting of tools, clamping and measuring equipment
• Working according to technical drawings and existing CNC programmes
• Carrying out quality controls and documenting the results
• Monitoring and optimisation of manufacturing processes
• Maintenance and care of machines and work equipment
• Support in the training of apprentices

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ
• Experience in setting up and operating CNC milling machines
• Confident handling of existing CNC programmes
• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of demanding machining
• Independent, precise and systematic way of working
• High quality awareness and initiative
• Team player, resilient and flexible
