For our ward 10 West focusing on ENT, oral, maxillofacial and facial surgery, thyroid centre as well as orthopaedics and trauma surgery with a total of 20 beds, we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement.

• In the tandem model, you work closely with your team colleagues to provide the best possible care for our patients within the framework of family- and patient-centred care
• In doing so, you maintain close cooperation with the relatives of the patients to best consider their needs and wishes
• Your commitment to supporting and assisting trainees is of central importance and contributes significantly to the further development of our team
• Your active participation in change processes and your involvement in team development complete your comprehensive range of tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of our work

Your experience

• You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
• You enjoy working in a team, are resilient, have a quick grasp and practise your profession with joy and commitment
• In challenging situations, you always keep the necessary overview and a cool head
• You meet your fellow human beings and our patients with appreciation and empathy
