From 01.09.2027, we are looking for you for the 3-year training as a Mobility and Transport Service Clerk (m/f/d) at DB Vertrieb GmbH in Freiburg im Breisgau. The vocational school is located in Karlsruhe.
This is what awaits you in your training:
- In the training as a Mobility and Transport Service Clerk, you will learn the basics of customer care as well as everything necessary about our travel offers and services
- You will then advise our customers on travel planning, ticket purchase, and service concerns in our DB travel centres
- From the start, you are an integral part of the team and wholeheartedly live our hospitality attitude
- Handling modern communication and sales systems is part of your daily business
- You will also get a behind-the-scenes look at railway operations and the cooperation between various actors at the station
Your profile:
- You have (soon) successfully completed school and your school leaving certificate is recognised in Germany
- Your German language skills correspond to at least the B2 level
- You enjoy coming into contact with people from different cultures, and foreign languages are your thing anyway
- You remain calm and keep an overview even in difficult situations
- You are responsible, reliable, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a team
- Shift work as well as working at weekends and on public holidays is a welcome change for you
