To strengthen our sales team in Brügg (BE), we are looking for:

Your main tasks:

• Technical advice and sales of our products
• Creation and processing of enquiries and orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Calculation, preparation and follow-up of offers as well as clarification of technical and commercial aspects
• Administrative and organisational support for the external sales department
• Coordination and follow-up with purchasing, stock, suppliers and various internal contacts.
• Participation in the development and optimisation of sales processes as well as digitalisation projects
• Contribution to professional customer follow-up and development of sustainable customer relationships

Your profile:

• Completed professional training as a commercial employee with a Federal VET Diploma or technical training (media technician, media/advertising technology technologist or plastics technologist)
• Experience in internal sales, customer service or a similar role
• Good technical knowledge and interest in plastic products, industrial applications and visual communication
• Organisational skills, accuracy and an effective and responsible working method
• Independent personality, stress-resistant, team-oriented and dynamic
• Ease in customer contact and motivation to offer solutions tailored to their needs.
• Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German, both spoken and written
