Trainee (future management successor)
Mission
- After a training period on our company’s concepts, you will be expected to take on responsibilities in the Neuchâtel region
- You will be responsible for providing the best possible shopping experience to customers through optimal management of product availability, presentation, and sales promotion
- You will ensure the achievement of the objectives set for you, taking into account key figures (net product, personnel costs, clearances, etc.)
- You will guarantee strict compliance with quality and presentation guidelines: freshness, quality, hygiene, temperatures, and expiry dates
- You will (co)manage a team and ensure its supervision (training, motivation, and follow-up)
- You will provide competent and courteous customer service in all circumstances
Required skills
- You are a retail professional with proven experience in the field
- You have very good analytical skills and are results-oriented
- You have a strong sense of initiative and responsibility
- Endowed with natural leadership, you demonstrate great interpersonal ease and excellent communication
- You are available and flexible regarding working hours
- You are comfortable with IT tools and attentive to technological innovations
- You are a natural retailer and have easy contact with customers
