YOUR TASKS

• Personnel and professional leadership as well as further development of a logistics team with 12 to 16 employees
• Creation of work and deployment plans as well as conducting employee interviews
• Ensuring in-house material supply and availability of goods
• Responsibility for central and decentralised warehouse management including inventories
• Active participation in operational day-to-day business
• Taking on project tasks in the new building project "Schachenallee"
• Close cooperation with the procurement team to ensure efficient procurement and logistics processes
• Maintenance and control of master and disposition data in SAP
• Creation and evaluation of KPIs as well as implementation of improvement measures in the logistics area

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ with further training in logistics or a comparable qualification
• At least five years of professional experience in logistics, including several years in a leadership role
• Experience in procurement is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of SAP as well as MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Initial experience in project management as well as in the analysis and optimisation of logistics processes
• Ideally knowledge of the healthcare sector
• Networked thinking as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to actively shape changes and continuously develop and improve processes
