Would you like to take on responsibility temporarily and apply your experience in financial accounting in a targeted way? Then this interim role might suit you!

Our client is an established, local organisation with a manageable finance team and clearly structured processes: together we are looking for a Finance Specialist (ad Interim) 80-100%. The interim project arises due to a temporary absence in the team. The start date is by arrangement, and the vacancy is to be filled for around seven months. Thanks to a careful handover and good documentation, you will find optimal conditions for a successful start.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You will independently manage the financial accounting including general and subsidiary ledgers
• You will prepare the 2026 annual financial statements according to OR based on a well-documented previous year structure
• You will reliably coordinate ongoing accounting tasks and ensure high data quality
• If needed, you will support payroll accounting and contribute flexibly to day-to-day business
• You will work closely with an experienced clerk as well as the administration

You offer your new employer:

• Completed training in finance and accounting as well as several years of experience in financial accounting
• Independent working style and confidence in preparing annual financial statements according to OR
• Experience with Abacus or willingness to quickly familiarise yourself with the system
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage but not a requirement
• Enjoyment of a temporary role and willingness to take on responsibility ad hoc
