Community Care and Health Assistants (ASSC) M/F
to join our team of temporary pool workers, to work in different structures: nursing homes, community health centres, hospitals, clinics, adult psychiatry, psychogeriatrics & child psychiatry.

Job Description
- You work closely in the care of patients within a multidisciplinary team
- You provide varied, comprehensive and individualised care under the delegation of a nurse
- You deliver medical-technical care under the nurse’s delegation
- You responsibly and autonomously support patients in aspects of care related to daily living activities
- You ensure the proper transmission of information between all stakeholders through the patient record
- Activity rate: According to your availability

- Hours: Days, nights and weekends
- Location: Canton of Vaud
Profile Sought
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Community Care and Health Assistant (ASSC)
- You are dynamic, committed, motivated and have a sense of responsibility
- Knowledge of institutional software is an asset
- You have an excellent appearance, good interpersonal skills and empathy
