Role Description

As a Shift Coordinator, you are the point of reference for the team and guests. You organise and manage the shift, ensure everything runs smoothly and that everyone feels welcomed and safe. You motivate the crew, lend a hand where needed and bring positive energy to every shift. You lead by example in food safety, quality, service, cleanliness and hygiene, and you are always ready to train and support the team.

Main Responsibilities

• Organise and manage the shift for a perfect restaurant experience
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team
• Maintain high standards of quality, service, cleanliness and hygiene
• Support the team during peak times – in the kitchen, at the counter or in the dining area
• Encourage teamwork and motivate the crew
• Communicate openly and manage conflicts with empathy and respect
• Use management tools (planning, till, orders, inventory)
• Support training and development initiatives
