In a context of digital HR transformation and the deployment of our new HRIS solution, as an HR Product Owner, you play a key role in translating business needs into high value-added HR solutions, from their identification to implementation and adoption.
Within the Human Resources department, you work closely with the Head of Digital HR Transformation and the Change Manager to contribute to the successful deployment of the new HRIS and to transform HR ambitions into concrete solutions for employees, managers, and HR teams.
At the interface between HR teams, the IT department, and external partners, you facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, contribute to prioritising developments, and ensure the proper alignment between business needs and deployed solutions.
The missions awaiting you:
- Translate the digital HR transformation strategy into concrete evolutions of the HRIS solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve HRIS processes and translate business challenges into high value-added digital solutions.
- Contribute to the HRIS development roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Gather and prioritise business needs, facilitate workshops with HR teams and users to understand their needs and challenges.
- Formalise functional requirements in the form of Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Build, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog according to business priorities and operational constraints.
- Prepare arbitrations and propose priorities taking into account the business and technical impacts of your product.
- Plan developments and sprints with the relevant stakeholders.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and functional constraints, and contribute to their resolution with the relevant stakeholders.
- Evolve target HR processes in collaboration with business experts and work closely with IT teams, integrators, and solution providers.
- Measure the performance and adoption of deployed solutions and ensure continuous improvement of the HRIS products and services within your scope.
Your profile:
- Higher education in Human Resources, Business IT, Business Analysis, or an equivalent field.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a Product Owner role, HRIS Consultant, HRIS Business Analyst, or equivalent function.
- Demonstrated experience in digital HR transformation projects or large-scale HRIS deployments.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams combining HR business, IT, and external partners.
- Good understanding of HR processes (recruitment, administrative management, talent management, training, performance, remuneration, etc.) as well as HRIS environments and challenges related to HR digitalisation.
- Strong experience in managing and prioritising product backlogs, Agile methodologies, and Product Ownership practices.
- Experience with solutions such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone, or equivalent, as well as Product Owner certification (PSPO, CSPO, or equivalent), would be assets.
