What is my role?

• Leadership and development of the controlling team

• Responsibility for budget, medium-term planning and forecasts

• Support of the finance departments

• Further development of the management information system and creation of reports

• Analysis of key figures and support of management in strategic decisions

• Accompaniment of digitalisation projects (PowerBI) and optimisation of controlling systems and processes

• Active participation in strategic and cross-departmental projects

What do I need to be successful?

• Business studies with a focus on controlling, business economics or data analytics - alternatively commercial basic training with further education in controlling

• Several years of professional experience in controlling or auditing

• Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers

• Initiative, organisational talent and good manners

• Confident MS Office skills, especially Excel

• Experience with MIS, SAP or COGNOS is an advantage
