Your tasks
- You inspect construction scaffolding and ensure their correct implementation.
- You check construction site installations as well as scaffolding for compliance with regulations.
- You carry out compliance checks and support the specialists in their area of work.
- You coordinate the inspections with the responsible specialist offices.
- You take over shell construction inspections and accompany construction projects in this phase.
- You conduct final inspections and prepare the corresponding final letters.
- You carry out follow-up inspections and ensure compliance with the requirements.
- You clarify illegally constructed buildings and facilities.
- You assess and process solar and energy notifications.
Your profile
- You have a university of applied sciences degree, a higher professional diploma, or a comparable qualification in architecture, structural or civil engineering, or a related field.
- Ideally, you have completed the construction module at HSLU or are motivated to attend it.
- You have a good understanding of the building permit area and have experience as a construction administrator.
- You are interested in questions related to planning as well as building and planning law.
- You are characterized by a strong customer orientation.
- You work independently, precisely, and have strong organizational skills.
- You present yourself confidently, have a quick grasp, and enjoy working in a team.
- You express yourself very well orally and in writing, tailored to the audience.
- You have very good IT skills and digital competencies.
- You are resilient, show initiative, and act proactively.
