We are recruiting motivated professionals to work with people living at home in the canton of Vaud (La Côte region).

Structure and contract:

• Structures based on the Côte, in the canton of Vaud
• Specialities offered: home care
• Temporary missions at short notice and long-term

Your profile:

• You hold a HES nursing diploma or equivalent with diploma recognition by the Swiss Red Cross,
• You have confirmed initial experience
• Listening skills, excellent empathy, rigour and effective management of complex situations
• You have great interpersonal skills and know how to manage your emotions
• You are rigorous, adaptable and flexible

Your mission:

• Ensure individualised and quality care for beneficiaries at home
• Carry out nursing care autonomously in accordance with good professional practices
• Ensure traceability of care and transmit essential information for continuity of care
• Assess beneficiaries’ needs and participate in the development and adaptation of the care plan
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders and partners in the care network
• Contribute to maintaining beneficiaries at home and preserving their autonomy
• Intervene as part of regular rounds, planned replacements or urgent missions according to field needs.
