On behalf of our client, a well-established regional company in the canton of Fribourg, we are recruiting a Payroll Specialist at 80–100% to join a dynamic team. Your tasks with your new employer

• You will work closely with HR teams to optimise and secure payroll processes as well as the management of social benefits

• You will conduct in-depth analyses and salary benchmarks to ensure the competitiveness of remuneration packages

• You will ensure smooth and professional communication with internal partners, insurance companies, and external providers

• You will provide your expertise to effectively resolve complex issues related to payroll, benefits, and compensation

• You will participate in the implementation and monitoring of remuneration policies and benefits programmes to ensure compliance and attractiveness

You offer your new employer

• You have a background in human resources, ideally complemented by a diploma in social insurance management
• You have significant experience in payroll management and data analysis
• You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of German and/or English
• You are comfortable with common payroll systems and proficient in associated IT tools
• You are recognised for your interpersonal skills and your ability to work in a team
