DMS & Application Operations Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Operation and technical further development of sophisticated document and information management solutions with a focus on availability, performance and security
Support of customer-specific applications and interfaces as well as implementation of technical adjustments throughout the entire application lifecycle
Support of release changes, migrations and automation projects as well as sustainable error analysis in complex incidents
Consultation of various stakeholders on technical and procedural issues as well as maintenance of relevant operational and system documentation
Qualifications:
IT training or comparable technical background with experience in application operations and ideally knowledge of DMS or intelligent document processing solutions
Good SQL skills as well as experience with scripting, XML, JSON and technical analysis of applications and data flows
Ability to connect requirements from operations, business and further development and derive sustainable solution approaches
Structured and proactive personality with strong problem-solving skills, team orientation as well as very good German and good English skills
