We work according to the newsroom model: strategic, centrally managed, cross-media, and in changing, interdisciplinary topic and project teams from the entire marketing and communication area.
These are your tasks
Editor-in-Chief Employee Magazine You are primarily responsible for our popular employee magazine " Campus ". It is currently published four times a year (printed and online). Various portraits and reports from it are also published on social media to show the public what an attractive employer the Swiss Paraplegic Group is. As the future editor-in-chief, you will further develop the magazine – including publication format, content, frequency, and experience for the target groups. You will be supported by a motivated, committed, and well-coordinated editorial team. Daily Newsroom and Daily Media Responsible In the newsroom, you take responsibility at least once a week for the daily internal and external corporate communication, including media work – together with the daily team at the newsdesk. You also advise colleagues on communication questions. Topic Manager As a topic manager, you are responsible for all communication regarding projects and topics and lead the respective topic team – including specialists from social media, photo/video, and graphics. The range extends from factual-technical communication to touching storytelling.

- Ideally, you have a university degree and solid journalistic skills in research, storytelling, and interviewing
- You think strategically and networked, act proactively, and take responsibility
- You lead the editorial and project team confidently and make decisions
- You write with style, error-free, and grammatically correct
- You can tell stories and know how journalists think
- You have a feel for digital channels and prepare content appropriately for target groups
- You are empathetic and love exchanging with people
- You work in a structured, goal- and solution-oriented manner
- You appreciate an open feedback culture and ideally complement your profile with good French skills
