Your area of responsibility

• Together with your team colleagues, you coordinate and plan the consultations in the areas of gastroenterology, cardiology and infectiology
• You welcome our patients in a friendly and professional manner, advise them personally as well as by telephone and take on general administrative tasks in the team
• Depending on the workload, you additionally support the medical secretariat, open outpatient cases in SAP, create and send reports and process referrals

Your experience

• You have completed medical or commercial training with further training as a medical secretary
• You work in an organised manner, keep an overview even in a lively environment and coordinate appointments reliably
• You meet patients as well as internal and external contact persons in a friendly, empathetic and service-oriented manner
• Good knowledge of medical terminology and sound IT skills (MS Office) complete your profile
