Customer Service Clerk

Tasks

• Management of the bank's digital inbound channels
• Telephone customer support in the area of investment products (excluding sales)
• Telephone support for financial advisors
• 1st-level support in e-banking and all related topics
• Collaboration with internal customer advisors to clarify individual cases
• Ensuring the department's availability (opening hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm)

Requirements

• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training (bank apprenticeship advantageous)
• Mandatory banking experience, sales or customer service with direct customer contact
• Fluent in German, very good knowledge of French, Italian is an advantage
