Property Manager with Deputy Managing Director Role (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you combine property management with the deputy managing director position. Together with the managing director, you shape the operational and strategic business, support the team, and lead projects for structural and organisational development. In the medium term, there is the prospect of taking over the management.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring professional and future-oriented management of the residential portfolio
Deputising for the managing director and supporting personnel and organisational leadership
Co-shaping the operational and strategic development of the cooperative
Leading renovation, conversion, and maintenance projects as well as initiatives for organisational development
Collaboration with the office team and the cooperative’s representatives
Planning and implementing activities to strengthen cooperative community life
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in property management, ideally with a federal professional certificate
Initial leadership experience is an advantage
Very good knowledge of MS Office and social media usage
Confident German language skills in speaking and writing, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
Independent, reliable, and flexible working style with initiative
Team-oriented personality with a confident, friendly manner and composure in demanding situations
