You are a polymechanic with a passion for technology and want to work in a varied environment where your expertise is valued? For our client, an established and innovative company in the field of construction machinery and plant engineering, we are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys taking responsibility and actively contributing their expertise.

Your tasks

• Leading, supporting and providing technical instruction to employees in mechanics
• Coordinating and monitoring production orders as well as setting priorities
• Operating and programming CNC machines (Heidenhain and lathe)
• Manufacturing and processing demanding individual parts and small series
• CAD-supported creation and adjustment of designs
• Maintenance, repair and servicing of machines, equipment and workshop inventory
• Service and repair assignments on hydraulic construction machinery
• Accompanying and supporting apprentices in their training

Your profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• Experience in CNC machining and mechanical engineering
• Ideally, initial experience in leading or supervising employees
• Enjoy working independently and facing technical challenges
• Good command of German, both spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
• Team-oriented, reliable and solution-focused personality
