Role:

Responsibilities:
As an experienced professional, you actively shape the further development of the cantonal-wide controlling landscape and are responsible for central processes around financial planning and controlling.
Your focus is on optimising existing processes as well as their harmonisation and automation across various administrative units.
You accompany demanding projects from conception to implementation and advise internal departments on designing efficient controlling solutions.
Together with the SAP-CO managers, you develop the professional and technical foundations for modern controlling processes further.
You support cantonal financial planning, manage relevant SAP applications, and contribute to the consolidated development and financial plan.
You use financial data from SAP and BW for analyses on various questions of the state budget and prepare meaningful decision-making bases from this.
Qualifications:
A master’s degree in business administration, economics, or a related field, as well as several years of relevant professional experience in group controlling, are required.
You bring solid knowledge of SAP and Business Warehouse.
Analytical and conceptual thinking are among your strengths; you maintain an overview even with complex topics.
Thanks to your excellent editorial skills, you succeed in conveying demanding financial content concisely, clearly, and appropriately for the target audience.
You combine a structured, careful, and solution-oriented working style with a strong service orientation.
You have fluent German language skills.
