Lead Buyer Electronics 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of category strategies in coordination with international purchasing.
Conducting supplier evaluations and determining suitable procurement sources.
Negotiation of prices, terms, and framework agreements with international business partners.
Collaboration in product development considering costs and procurement feasibility.
Analysis of international procurement markets and assessment of potential supply risks.
Management of tenders and commercial supplier decisions.
Building and maintaining long-term supplier relationships in the electronics sector.
Ensuring supplier performance regarding quality, costs, and delivery reliability.
Qualifications:
Technical apprenticeship in electronics or mechatronics or commercial qualification with further training in purchasing.
Several years of professional experience in international strategic purchasing.
Knowledge of working with EMS companies and electronic manufacturing service providers.
Experience in conducting supplier negotiations and tender procedures.
Understanding of technical contexts and industrial production processes.
Independent working style and strong negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel internationally about 30% of the time.
Very good German and good English skills, written and spoken.
