What awaits you?
During your three years of apprenticeship, you will discover the various areas of banking, actively participate in the life of our branches and develop your skills alongside experienced trainers. The banking training is complemented by the practical modules of the CYP, which will allow you to acquire the specific knowledge of banking professions and apply it directly. This course will be supplemented by sessions offered by our Banking Group, Raiffeisen Switzerland. Depending on your background, you will also have the opportunity to follow the integrated professional maturity programme.

You are about to complete or have already successfully completed your compulsory schooling and you stand out for your seriousness, positive attitude towards work, exemplary behaviour and you identify with the following description:
- You have a particular interest in the banking world and enjoy customer contact.
- You are persistent, diligent and ready to fully commit to a demanding and captivating training.
- You demonstrate autonomy, commitment and enjoy teamwork.
- You have a good sense of responsibility and know how to be discreet.
