Certified Nurse Specialist in a Floating Role

The University Clinic for General Internal Medicine at Inselspital Bern is one of the leading clinics in Switzerland. The focus of our service offering lies in the care of our patients with multiple illnesses (multimorbidity) and complex diseases that require targeted diagnostics and multidisciplinary therapies. With specialisations in pneumology, rheumatology, dermatology, the Premium department focusing on medicine/cardiology, and the monitoring ward, we offer a broad and demanding field of activity.

What to expect

• You will work as a floating nurse across various departments within the internal medicine area
• You are responsible for the entire nursing process - from needs assessment to documentation
• You coordinate the patient process interprofessionally from admission to discharge
• You identify risks early and initiate preventive measures
• You collaborate with an interdisciplinary and interprofessional team

• Completed training as a certified nurse specialist HF or FH
• Enjoyment of a varied workday with changing departments and teams
