As part of a replacement, we are recruiting a:

Head of Hostels (100%) - Permanent Contract

Location: Yverdon-les-Bains and Ballaigues
Start date: 1st February 2027
Salary grade: 10 (this scale applies to validated prerequisites, otherwise classification is at grade -1)

What you bring to our mission:

You manage the hostels under your responsibility by ensuring team management, coordination of activities, quality of services provided to beneficiaries as well as the overall smooth running of the sites.

You will be able to rely on an invested interdisciplinary team "” social workers, stewards, reception and orientation staff, supervisors "” as well as on a supportive and experienced collective of hostel managers.

Your key missions:

• You manage three hostels, plan and organise activities

• You manage human resources and the budget

• You ensure the smooth running of the hostels and activities related to beneficiaries as well as services

• You represent the hostels and the establishment with various internal and external partners, including local authorities

• You implement and monitor compliance with the standards, operating rules and procedures of the hostel

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the role

• Certified management training

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in one or more supervised functions, including some in team and project management

• Strong interest in the field of migration
