Role:
The organisation is a Switzerland-wide humanitarian organisation committed to people in vulnerable life situations, combining a broad spectrum of services and support offerings.

In addition to operational services, numerous departments such as finance, HR, IT, communication, fundraising, administration, and project management work together to implement the various activities effectively.

Responsibilities:
Management and further development of performance and financial data management within the network, focusing on data quality and meaningful decision-making bases
Preparation and interpretation of reports, analyses, and management information for various internal committees
Professional support of processes related to financial aid and ensuring transparent performance controlling
Responsibility for preparing the network-wide risk management report from data collection through coordination with member organisations to final reporting
Coordination and maintenance of important contacts with internal and external stakeholders as well as promotion of sustainable knowledge transfer
Support and assistance for new financial officers at member organisations and ensuring a uniform level of information
Qualifications:
Completed degree or advanced training in business administration, finance, controlling, business informatics, data management, or a related field
Several years of experience in reporting, controlling, data management, or a comparable function
Strong understanding of data, key figures, and complex organisational contexts
Analytical and conceptual strength combined with a precise and quality-oriented working style
Confident appearance, high consulting competence, and enjoyment of collaboration with various organisational units
German or French at C1/C2 level
