IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Responsibility for 2nd-level support as well as independent handling of technical issues
Analysis and resolution of faults, if necessary also via remote maintenance
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, processes, and instructions
Telephone and written customer advice on technical enquiries
Close collaboration and coordination with 3rd-level support
Qualifications:
Completed IT training and at least 2 years of professional experience in IT support
Solid practical knowledge in network management, firewall administration, and cryptography
High service orientation, reliability, and teamwork skills
Very good German skills as well as good French or Italian skills are an advantage
