YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Design of the engineering process landscape across the entire value chain – from the offer phase to the end of the warranty period
- Responsibility for modelling, harmonising, and continuously optimising end-to-end processes
- Building and further developing sustainable process governance with clear roles, responsibilities, and standards across multiple locations
- Close collaboration with departments, process owners, and IT to ensure a seamless and practical process and system landscape
- Support for digitalisation, SAP, ERP, and PLM initiatives
- Facilitation of workshops and coaching of process owners to identify and implement improvement potentials
- Use of process metrics to increase efficiency, transparency, quality, and on-time delivery in engineering
- Active contribution to a company-wide culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- University degree (ETH/UNI/FH) in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in process management, business process management, operational excellence, lean management, or business analysis in an industrial environment
- Experience with BPM tools such as SAP Signavio, ARIS, BIC, Adonis, or comparable solutions is an advantage
- Knowledge of ERP, PLM, or other business-critical system landscapes
- Ability to analyse complex contexts, identify optimisation potentials, and implement improvements sustainably
- Experience in facilitating workshops and cross-departmental collaboration with departments and management
- Structured, pragmatic, and implementation-oriented working style with high initiative
