• You warmly welcome guests upon their arrival and departure, offering attentive and personalised service.
• You professionally manage the reception, parking and return of guests' vehicles.
• You ensure the entrance and surroundings of the establishment are kept clean, tidy and impeccably presented.
• You handle guests' luggage and ensure its transport and handling with the utmost care.
• You are available to assist the concierge team with various tasks and contribute to smooth operations.
• You respond to guests' specific requests with responsiveness, discretion and courtesy.
• You inform guests about the services offered by the hotel as well as the main points of interest and establishments nearby.
• You anticipate guests' needs to provide an experience worthy of the Lausanne Palace's standard.
• You contribute, through your attitude, presentation and professionalism, to preserving the prestigious image of the Palace.

• You have an excellent appearance and maintain an impeccable attitude in all circumstances.
• You demonstrate a keen eye for detail, rigour and dynamism daily.
• You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a true team spirit.
• Ideally, you have experience in luxury hospitality.
• You hold a valid driving licence in Switzerland and have a flawless driving record.
• You master French and have a sufficient level of English to communicate with an international clientele.
• You know how to handle unforeseen events calmly, discreetly and professionally.
• You are an elegant, discreet person naturally service-oriented, with a genuine passion for the Palace environment.
