Application Manager 80–100%
For our IT department / IT staff unit, we are looking for an Application Manager 80–100% by arrangement
In this role, you ensure the stable, secure, and economical operation of the assigned business applications of pharmaSuisse. The focus is on Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint Online), the education platform, as well as other specialised applications such as CRM and ERP. The position forms the central interface between the specialist departments, the IT team, and external implementation and development partners.
Your tasks
▪ Application responsibility for Microsoft 365 / SharePoint and ensuring stable operation
▪ Central contact person for the education platform vis-à-vis the education department and external providers
▪ Operational responsibility for assigned specialised applications (e.g. CRM, ERP and industry-specific tools)
▪ Coordination and professional management of external implementation, development, and operation partners
▪ 2nd-level support for the responsible applications, in collaboration with 1st-level support and external partners
▪ Participation in IT and digitalisation projects as an application expert
Your profile
▪ Completed training in business informatics (HF, FH) or IT specialist (EFZ) with additional business management knowledge
▪ 1-3 years of proven professional experience in application management or as an application owner
▪ Experience in managing external IT service providers is an advantage
▪ Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online, Teams, and permission management
▪ Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style and analytical thinking skills
▪ Very good German skills, English skills for technical documentation are required, French skills are a plus
